Neta Collab and Chispa Florida collaborated to produce and promote their official launch event for the Latino community for environmental justice in Florida.
Our objective was to produce an engaging event that built community during COVID-19 pandemic. We worked with Chispa Florida to engage local influencers, talent, and speakers. In addition, we supported in promoting the event to increase digital community attendance.
Production Process
To successfully produce the event, we begin by defining the event's goals, objectives, audience interests, and opportunities.
Next, we structure the event agenda, ensuring all talent and speakers are aligned, coordinated, and clear on their roles.
Prior to the event, we create all necessary materials, run pre-runs for tech needs, talent, and speakers.
After each event, we work with our partners to identify successes, lessons learned, and metrics achieved on goals.
After the Chispa Florida event, the organization expanded it’s social media following, engaged it’s original members, and built important community relationships.
Our work with Chispa Florida also led Neta to support in the launch of Chispa Texas.
