Brand Identity
Brand development for Cycle for the Cause, including stakeholder research with long-time riders, board members, and corporate partners, to create a modern visual identity that bridges the AIDS legacy with contemporary LGBTQ+ advocacy. Developed 3 logo variations, progress flag-inspired color palette, typography system, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Animated Cycle for the Cause logo, brand asset animations, and social media video templates, including reel covers and video border frames. Motion graphics add dynamic visual interest across digital platforms and provide riders with shareable content for fundraising!
Brand Strategy & Messaging Framework
Strategic narrative development that reframed the event from "Northeast AIDS Ride" to "Cycle for the Cause: Ride for LGBTQ+ Lives." Created messaging framework balancing HIV/AIDS legacy storytelling with expanded service impact (mental health, youth programs, substance recovery, cultural programming, advocacy) for diverse stakeholder groups, including community members, corporate teams, and new participants.
Landing Page Design & Development
Web development for cycleforthecause.org featuring countdown functionality, FAQ accordion, community storytelling section, and 2026 registration integration with DonorDrive. Design includes participant resources, legacy storytelling content, and an auto-slider cycleforthecause.org for dynamic updates.
Participant Recruitment Toolkit
Campaign toolkit with recruitment assets including customizable "I Ride for _" and "I Crew for _" graphics, service impact templates, Instagram Stories with custom message space, and fundraising support materials to empower riders and crew members to promote the event across their networks.
On-going Communication Templates
Newsletter template with HTML structure, email campaign templates for ongoing stakeholder communication, and social media content templates with posting guidelines to support consistent brand presence throughout the year leading up to the 2026 event.
Launch Event Materials
Digital assets for September 2025 brand reveal including webinar presentation slides, registration graphics, Instagram announcement posts, DonorDrive banner, and event promotional materials to build excitement among current and prospective participants.
