Texans United for Justice

Operation Lone Star has cost Texas $14+ billion since 2021, militarizing the border while communities lack clean water, affordable housing, and quality schools. Texans United for Justice (TUFJ) needed to reframe this narrative, from criticism of what's broken to a vision of what's possible.

Through a partnership with the Abundant Futures Fund, we provided creative support across campaigns, helping shift the conversation from what divides us to what strengthens us. The work moved people from outrage about wasted spending to action for real community investment.

The True Cost Ads Series

We created a series of ads that broke down Operation Lone Star's cost and showed alternatives for community investments. Bold visuals and clear data made the comparison impossible to ignore. Each graphic was built to move, share, and stick.

All In For Texas Hub

The "All In For Texas" landing page needed to be more than information, it needed to move people from understanding the problem to taking action.

We designed and built a hub that centered real stories of border communities, visualized the cost comparison, and made it easy for Texans to join the movement. The site transformed passive visitors into active supporters pushing for reinvestment.

The True Cost of OLS Series

We produced a two-part animated video series that made the abstract concrete. The first video visualized the $14+ billion cost and what it could buy instead. The second video told the human story — families separated, essential workers threatened with deportation. Together, the videos moved people from shock to action.

All In For Texas Brand Identity

To unify the message across all materials, we developed the "All In For Texas" brand identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and visual guidelines.

The branding pulled from Texas iconography while maintaining urgency about the moment. Bold, accessible design made complex policy arguments stick, turning abstract statistics into something Texans could see, share, and act on.
