Throughout her career, Maliyah has worked at the intersection of operations, community engagement, and program coordination, supporting mission-driven organizations working toward social and environmental change. She enjoys creating systems and experiences that help people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to engage without needing to change themselves or put on a mask to fit in.

Maliyah approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. She is driven by a long-term vision of helping communities thrive through intentional collaboration, accessible learning, and spaces where people feel a genuine sense of belonging.
