At Neta, Julia helps lead the creative team as Brand Manager, overseeing creative strategy, creative development, and team management for nonprofit and social justice partners. Her work lives at the intersection of design and strategy: developing brand identity systems, creating campaign materials, leading client relationships, and ensuring every project delivers visual intention and consistency.
Background & Experience
Julia has over 9 years of experience in brand strategy, graphic design, and creative marketing. She began her career as Lead Designer and Marketing Coordinator for Sodexo at Florida State University, where she led her team to earn a national prize for an award-winning in-person event campaign and design.
From there, she took on brand and design consulting work across industries, including women's health tech, retail, and education, before joining Neta's creative team as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator in 2022, creating culturally-relevant visuals and campaign assets for organizations working in environmental justice, reproductive rights, and civic engagement. In 2023, she stepped into her current role as Brand Manager, where she now co-leads Neta's creative and strategy.
