Erika Radcliffe
Web Developer & Graphic Designer
She/Her/Ella | Las Vegas, NV
At Neta, Erika focuses on website design and development, bringing a strategic lens to every creative decision. She's driven by the why behind the work, ensuring that design choices are purposeful from the ground up, and by building efficient systems that make the work smarter and more scalable over time.
Background & Experience
With over 10 years of experience in design and development, Erika has become a bit of a chameleon. From serving as lead designer at the New England Center for Circus Arts since 2017, to collaborating with scrappy agencies and a diverse range of contract clients. That breadth of experience has sharpened her ability to adapt, move fast, and deliver strong work across a wide variety of contexts — exactly the kind of versatility she brings to every project at Neta.
As a former circus artist, Erika carries the discipline and collaborative spirit of that world into her design practice. And at the heart of it all is a genuine desire to do work for causes worth showing up for.
